Cheilymenia fimicola
Very small orange discs on dung, usually cowpats, each fringed with dark rooting hairs.
There are several other dark fringed Cheilymenia associated with dung; microscopic examination of hairs and spores is needed to separate them. Eyelash fungi Scutellinia also have dark hair fringes, but are more orange-red and associated with rotting wood or soils.
